He has to do something since the 9th Circuit (who's rulings are overturned 80% of the time) can't understand a law that a 10 year old could interpret. It would sure be nice if judges would read the laws on the books instead of legislating from the bench.

It was poorly written and challengable from the start.  It seemed like it was thrown together entirely too quickly.  His best bet is to rewrite, look at where it failed and then try.  By then his SCOTUS pick will be on the bench and confirm it anyways.

What would be nice would be to have a President that both understood and supported the system of government over which he Presides. Donald Trump and his serious mental health issues don't make a solid base on which to generate good Executive Orders, which he obviously feels are Royal Decrees based upon Divine Providence and not to be questioned per the Law of the Land since the Founding Fathers (idiots to Trump I am sure) created our system of government with three equal branches.
