I met him over six months ago and ended up dating, up until recently. We've traveled together and have future tickets booked through the next few months. There is evidence of our relationship. He broke up with me abruptly and is now engaged or possibly married to a gay male a week later. He mentioned to me he would do everything he could to get married before his visa expires and that maybe in a few months we could see where each other is at in life. I'm concerned the male he is marrying may be forcing the marriage. From what I was told, he's bipolar and has been known to have manic attacks and come up with false accusations. I have no interest in getting married to him but I'm scared of getting involved in some way and I'm scared for him.

The marriage seems staged. There are photos of us still posted and now there are photos of him with his partner. I'm hurt and shocked but also scared of what is happening.

RUN!!! Delete him from your lists, block facebook, inform USCIS of this and see if you can get your life together. I am sorry....:-( As a gay male, I do know that orientation is not that mutable like he is doing to you.

So which one is it: He's doing everything, including the marriage, do get the green card or he is forced into marriage by someone? Seems like a win-win to that guy, really, if he wants to get married anyway. Not sure how you'd get involved into this. You can always contact the immigration if you think he wants to scam the system. Not sure what your other immigration related question.

Yea he is doing everything and anything for a GC but he is being "forced" into this marriage? After dumping/leaving you? Sorry it is a bit confusing but regardless, just forget him, move on. Inform USCIS is you want but otherwise I would just stay away.

How do I contact USCIS and what do I tell them? Will they actually investigate this situation? Thank you for being supportive.

You can contact ICE via email at Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov or you can telephone ICE at 1-866-347-2423.

I agree with the others. Just stay away from him. Inform ICE if you believe he is just trying to obtain a GC. Who knows if they will do anything with the report, but having it on file is the most you can do.

When a newbie posts such a fabulous story, is no one questioning it?  No talk of what visa, no talk except "dating".  You are going to turn a guy into ICE when you were just dating and he left you?

How long they are a member is irrelevant, IMHO. The presumption is that the OP is telling the truth until evidence indicates otherwise. The general consensus that I see is to stay away and possibly report it if the OP believes the guy is trying to obtain a GC via fraud. I personally wouldn't bother, but that's the OP's decision to make. If it's made in good faith then it's not frivolous, and ICE can choose to investigate it or not based on its merits and their ability to do so.

Like other have said you'd probably be better just moving on. He left you, he's with someone else, there is no fraud in that.

There's no need to report them to USCIS. Cut ties, move on and let them be.
