K1/K2 filers ... let's stay together for the process and questions

Hi all, I would like to find others on VisaJourney with kids included for the I-129F. I think some of our questions and concerns may be a bit different to other filers, some may be the same.

Lets stay and go through that together.

 

So first question that came up for me was ... is it normal that my daughter's name is not listed on the NOA1?

Perfectly normal. Children are not listed on the NOA1. Just the petitioner and the beneficiary.

Did you file with kids included? Or do you just know about?

Not sure what you are asking on the first part. My children are teenagers, my fiancées child is a toddler. I am the petitioner.

Sorry didnt realize that ypur kids dint have to move, but thanks. My daughter is 14 so yeah abit worried for moving and school.
