Picking an agent after NVC welcome letter receipt

I received 2 e-mails from NVC. One e-mail contained NVC welcome letter for myself and the other e-mailed contained NVC welcome letter for my spouse. Both letters have the same instructions. One letter is addressed to me, while the other letter is addressed to my spouse. Both letters say that we need to chose an agent.

 

I just want to confirm that I only have to chose an agent for one person (i.e. my spouse who is the beneficiary) since the NVC case number is the same on both letters. Is this correct?
