yeah its pointless to run to get here on the K3 when your husband is not in the US. After all you are coming here to be with him and he will be deployed else where. You made a good choice. Who would want to be stuck in a new country alone with no one to help you assimalate to a whole new life style, people, and culture. No family no friends no nothing. Personally I think I would have done the same if my husband was not going to be there when I arrived. It just makes no sense to be here in your case.

IT MUST BE NICE TO PICK AND CHOOSE THE VISA YOU WANT, WHEN YOU HAVE THE DAYUM THING IN YOUR HAND. i THINK BEING REUNITED FASTER WITH A SPOUSE IS ALOT BETTER. THAN WASTING more TIME PERSUING ANOTHER LONG AZZ WAIT..SOUNDS PRETTY DAYUM SELFISH TO ME..

Well I guess I understand your reasoning since your husband is not in US anyway till July

you know something I dont? far as I know we are on AP.. 2 years. belive me if my husband had his visa in hand. no way would I care if it was k-3 or ir1. I just want this hell over with. like i said it must be nice to pick and choose any visa you want -when you have it in hand.
