OK, the website is working again! They have rescheduled Kathlene's appointment. Though we hate to wait until August, but we are still on track with what we were originally thinking anyway. At least we have the medical behind us. But a visa would have been a wonderful anniversary present for us this July!

Case Number: mnl200681XXXX

Visa Classification: CR1

St. Luke's Appointment Date: Thursday, August 02, 2007 (7:00:00 AM)

Embassy Appointment Date: Thursday, August 09, 2007 (6:30:00 AM)

And this trip she will only have to fly in for a few days and then back home to wait for her visa!

(Kathlene texted me earlier and said her phone is low bat, so you guys heard it before she did!)

Ako gugma ko GWAPA asawa Kathlene!

(I love my BEAUTIFUL wife Kathlene!)

Medical - July 27th

Interview - August 3rd

We have the same dates as you guys but my fiancee is still waiting on her Japanese Police Certificate because she worked there for 6 months a few years ago. It takes 2-3 months to get that from them. We might have to reschedule but not sure yet or go to the interview and show them the receipt of her request for the PC.

Good Luck,

Hi!

Where is actually the POE? Is connecting flight considered as POE?

For example, my flight to Atlanta will be MNL - Hawaii - Houston - ATL.

Change planes will be in Hawaii and will stay there for 3 hours and to Houston which will not leave till 2 hours then finally to ATL.

Where is my actual POE, where my documents will be opened, I will be interviewed by the immigration officers and my I-94 will be stamped?

Thanks.

To those who already got here in the states and went thru the immigration officer, did they check your xray film? Mine he did not check it and i even offered to show it to him but he didn't care. So i am wondering now, because all i knew this xray film was to be used at my Port of Entry in the US. I arrived today June 13 In the US.

Good Luck,

Charlie

Thank you Charlie! I scanned it briefly and seems everything is in there. I will look at it in more detail later or tonight so I can digest on it thoroughly and and more questions later.... hehehehe :) Right now I am on my way to the photocopy center to have my documents photocopied in preparation for my CFO tomorrow. Hopefully I can make it to the list....I was told that only 15 will be accepted for US bound participants. Need to be there very early in the morning.
