Well, I still have a pot of sinigang for leftover since David didn't really care for it (it's an acquired taste so I truly understand). But he's happy to see me enjoying my food and that's all that matters to him. The crabs were good because they were still alive when I bought them. It was a pity when I put them in a big skillet and trying to escape. :( But they're really good and fresh. I really ate with my two hands like a savage (and I didn't care a bit).

I'll be walking the 180 miles to Springfield.... I can't afford the gas in my Truck. Save me a plate and please keep it warm.... :D

I guess I'll have "sinigang" for a week since I fixed a pot-full of it. Wish we're just neighbors, Danny and Ruchie. I would love to have some friends to share my cooking with since my dearest husband is not very fond of eating them.

You better head back home 'coz I have been eating "sinigang" for 3 straight nights now and it's almost gone. I think I only have a bowl of it and I'm planning to have it again tonight. Sorry, friend... I may have to fix another pot next time and drop it off at your house if ever we will be that way. Would that be ok? :P

Oh, BTW, I will be having "tortang talong" and "ginisang patola" this Friday since I don't normally eat meat on Fridays. Everyone's invited again!
