Thank you everyone for the well-wishes! I am really excited!!! I do have a question though. I had my TD shots done today but instead of getting it from a Civil Surgeon and pay for it, my fiance and I went to City Health Department (for free). Now my question is, where can I have all my immunization records transferred to form I-693A (Supplemental)? I asked the nurse who gave me the shots and she said they can only transfer the TD shots I had but not the rest of the immunization I had at St. Lukes during the medical. Is that right? Where can I get this I-693A form? I searched for it at USCIS website and didn't find it but the Form I-693. Do I still have to go to a civil surgeon just for that form even though I already got the shots I need?

Thanks for the input and hope everything is well with you all!

--Mae

Mae...

Yes! I have only recommended going to a civil surgeon that is approved by the USCIS in order to have the DS-3025 (vaccination supplemental given to you by SLEC) along with your record of the TD shot transferred to the I-693A "Supplemental Immunization Record". All of the civil surgeons already have a copy of the I-693A in house and the beneficiary does not have provide a copy of the form. You can find the link to the civil surgeon locator in my wife's signature (a link to her profile is within my signature block). You might want to also check out the AOS Forms and Tips link within my wife's signature (review Tip #2).

Cheers!!!

It is preferable that Civil Surgeons (accredited by USCIS) transfers vaccination records including the TD shots done ath the City Health Department to the supplement vaccination form.

Fely and I have finally made it to California. Our plane landed late last night (Monday). Immigration was fairly easy and quick (maybe 10 minutes after initial fingerprinting). The officer had us scared briefly, because she wanted to see our medical results, which I did not have. After looking through the papers from the brown envelope several times, she finally found the med results. She also asked about our wedding day, and I said "Sept 1", but the papers from the envelope said Sept 11. They had included the marriage certificate from the I-130 submission, and not the NVC submission. So I had to explain why the two different dates, which she accepted. Then we passed quickly through customs, but missed our bus by 10 minutes. So we had to wait 2 hours for the next one.

We're at my mom's now for a few days, and of course trying to adjust to the time difference and all those other differences many of you have already experienced. Fely's is very quiet (as always), but I hope she'll become used to hearing and speaking English soon. Right now she's busy chikka texting with friend's and relatives back home.

Life is good, being together is better than anything. Thanks for all the support and I'll stop by here now and then when I have time.

BTW PW, our visa delivery was July 2, 4 days.

I had my interview yesterday, it went fine... nothing out of the usual questions posted here. I was assigned to a lady consul, she's very direct and brief, asking questions one after another while she browse on the documents i submitted to the filipino immigration officer and returning them to me one by one. She did ask me on the latter part what i do here for a living and when i told her i used to work as a system analyst, she took a look again on my form and made a comment on the university which i went to in college. After that she said ok and told me to take a seat outside and wait to be called again. I was then called to another where i was told to proceed to delbros counter and pay for the delivery fee, they gave me back the appointment letter together with the pink slip. I was told to go home after paying and wait for the delivery of the visa.

I was never told if i am approved or not, but i am hopeful that i am.

congrats! its a good sign...they never tell you anyways unless if we dare to ask. lol... but i bet you'll have your visa soon :dance::dance:
