Hello All VJers

Good luck to upcoming VJ interviews and congrats for those who have been approved since my last post. Our interview is July 11, so we are getting nervous.

Just a quick question, am organizing our paperwork. For proof of relationship I have:

Photos - I picked out about 20 from my two trips to philippines with her of us together.

Airline Ticket Reciepts - From both trips

Phone company records of our calls

Printout of gift and money transfer reciepts to her

Prinout of a 5 emails from each of us

Letters we sent to each other ( 3 each)

Snapshots of our chat, showing both of our webcams, dates (maybe 15 over 1 1/2 years)

Snapshots of yahoo message archive showing all dates of chatting from Dec 2005 to Jun 2007

Printout of a chat session - one for each month Dec 2005 to Jun 2007.

Signed by both of us intent to marry

Is this enough? Any other suggestions.

Thanks and God Bless

Seems to me from the length of time you communicated you should have a bit more communication records.

Only 3 snail mails . Screen prints may make up for lack of emails.

I believe in overkill and that's what we did. It worked for us even tho they didn't check a lot of the evidence!

From what I've seen pictures, phone records, snails mails and emails in that order are the most looked at!

People have made it on less but why take a chance. It's a one time shot.

You making 2 trips should help a LOT tho!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

The consul really seemed to enjoy the photographs according to my girl. I had some with the family, neighbors, pastors, in lots of different locations and think it was good. A few more couldn't hurt.

pics are good especially if you put it in a folder with captions on it... they will really look at it especially the fil CO and even give some comments... print some more emails and have the snail mails placed in a clear book in a neat way. you have all what you need i guess but adding it more doesnt hurt even if they wont check it. at least just for emergency. you never know...

i think those are enough as proof of genuine relationship. in my case, the pre-interviewing officer took only few photos ,emails and post mails. he did not even asked for my phone bills. he said those were enough but i noticed that they are more concerned of my cenomar and affidavit of support. the pre-interviewing officer and the consul were nice to me. i am still waiting for my visa to arrive. it has been 7 working days since i had the interview. i wonder why the delay. the consul said CONGRATULATIONS to me at the end of the interview. waiting for the visa is more nerve-wracking.

btw, GOOD LUCK and PRAY!!!!!!!!

Ok, I admit it also. I'm getting nervous too! My fiance's interview is in 7 days and I'm leaving for Phils next Tuesday. God help us! We are having a party for my fiance at her parents house 2 days after the interview so we are pretty optimistic that it will go well. We expect to feed about 50 people!

I just wish the interview was over now! I'm having a hard time thinking about anything else. I call my fiance twice a day now since she doesn't have a computer handy. She has to travel by boat to the cafe ! My CP bill shows it! WAAAA
