Because of the way the info was formatted, it's a little scrambled and I'm trying to unscramble it. This is what I got:

MoBay Hope Medical Centre

Half Moon Shopping Village

Rose Hall, Montego Bay

(876)926-7401-3 (I'll assume that means 7401, 7402 and 7403)

US$95 for adults

Andrews Memorial Hospital

27 Hope Road

Kingston 10

(876)953-3981

US$90 for adults

Dr. Michael Banbury

Medical Associates Hospital

18 Tangerine PI

St. James

Kingston 10

(876)908-2123

US$80 for adults

Can someone please let me know if I have lined the information up correctly, matched all the names, addresses and phone numbers?

 Congrats on all the great news/ approvals/ touches......I wish someone would send some our way

Dee...are you guys still waiting for the green card??? If so.....I might suggest writing to your local congressman and senators office. I also called USCIS and asked for a supervisor.....I filed an over 90 day inquiry.....I am not sure if this actually helped us but we got the approval about 4 weeks after and received a letter from USCIS last week responding to my inquiry and said they expedited processing and approved the case!!! SO.....I think this worked...they are afraid of getting sued....many folks are filing lawsuits against USCIS due to the LONGGGG waits.....

I've done all of this. We were told two months ago, by letter that we were we are still pending a security clearance, and to renotify them if we had not heard anything in 6 months

They told us 6 months also....the FBI handles the security clearance not USCIS...Congress or USCIS can't do much but request the status.

Congrats on the interview dates, graudation, touches and approvals.

I read some where else on here where another couple who also lived in mo got mixed up a

Anumbers as well, and had delays, I think they had to the the FBI name check twice for us. Before we were told that we were clear by the congress woman.

Question, please. Which medical form is my fiance supposed to fill out before his medical appointment? Is it available to download? I assume that they will have sent it to him in packet 4, right? I don't know if I would be able to send it to him in time.

I think a large part of it was being able to file through VSC. I went from NOA1 to NOA2 in a month. And I guess not waiting to receive packet 3 in the mail helped speed things, too.

Yes, that's why. Vermont is and has been the quickest (by far) of any of the service centers. IMO, it is completely UNFAIR that how long it takes depends on where in the U.S. you live. The whole thing should be centralized.

I have to apply to lift Tony's "conditions" pretty soon. Next week will be 90 days before GC expires - I can send the paperwork any time after that. I am so overwhelmed  I'm not in paperwork mode anymore!!! After all the stupid paperwork for the I-129f, then the interview, then AOS, I sorta pushed everything into a drawer and forgot about it! I think I'm gonna have to check out the forum regarding this specifically.

Shemonya - aren't you guys not too far behind me??

Good Morning,

Can someone please tell me the contents of packet 3, and if any of these documents can be obtained prior to receiving the actual packet. I know its the police record /birth certificate, but what else?

~Miss Jones

For the CR1 visa you won't get a packet 3 only packet 4 w/the interview letter and form for the medical. Someone put a list on this thread for the docs needed. Try doing a search.
