Would love to see some favs of yours...

Very nice :luv: I've been to Dunn's River Falls, but never YS. It's pretty. I didn't realize you were just in Jamaica last week? How was it?

May 11, 2004 - NOA1

August 9, 2004 - NOA2 APPROVED!!!!

October 1, 2004 - Interview date - Visa APPROVED!!

December 11, 2004 - Wedding! Finally married!

December 30, 2004 - Overnighted AOS, AP, & EAD

February 7, 2005 - Received AP in the mailFebruary 26, 2005 - Fingerprints & Biometrics appointment

March 7, 2005 - Received EAD in the mail

April 4, 2005 - Received notice of interview date for AOS

July 26, 2005 - Interview date for AOS!!!

August 12, 2005 - Received NOA for Permanent Residency

August 15, 2005 - Received Green Card in mail!!

June 4, 2007 - Mailed I-751 form to lift "conditions" - it arrived at NSC on June 6

June 11, 2007 - Check cashed

June 21, 2007 - Received NOA1 and Biometrics appt. letter

July 14, 2007 - Biometrics appt. (after re-scheduling)

April 2, 2008 - got an e-mail that our case was transferred to California!

May 12, 2008 - got an e-mail that our case is APPROVED!!

May 17, 2008 - Received Green Card in the mail! No more Immigration for TEN YEARS!!

December 6, 2007 - Monique Savannah is born!! 6 lbs. 13 oz.

I tried to get Dwain to go to the YS falls but he didn't want to during our wedding week :whistle: So we went caving somewhere out by SAV.

Texas, hang in there....you`ve done the right thing by informing the authorities....But be prepared for when he finds out he can`t adjust status, he could well turn up claiming he`s made　a mistake.....Praying for you

I hope he does come back..... so she can chop off his balls as Mindy would say :bonk::ranting::angry: I can't get over what a complete ### he has been.

Texas Bound....it's sucks and I will be praying for your strength. I know it may not feel like it right now but it really is a blessing the truth came out BEFORE you got married! I know that one day you will be thankful that this revelation didn't come on the 91st day! He obviously isn't very bright and he will definately reap what he is sowing!!! Holla!

Thank you to you all & Congrats to many many other. This a.m. I contacted USCIS & Ice (DHS) & advised them of what happened. They updated their records. I had to offer to give Ice a lot of the contact info as far as his #'s up north & associates, other woman etc. (odd). But they did receive it. You are correct I have no responsibility & he still has 90 days. I feel better day by day, but even more knowing that I was given the correct guidance from you guys as to what my next step should be. It was very hard to make those calls but it was a good responsible step in order to secure myself & my son. I think I will disappear now. Thank you Visajourney, too bad you cant tell me my future. Be blessed.

It was really nice.....Weather wasn't too hot at all......didn't get out much but was great just being there....My ankles swelled up so much my skin hurt when I bent them on the way back though :(

Bogus application

An acquaintance called and told me today that she got "set up" and that a guy will be filing a bogus Fiance visa for her, I probably should not be but I was a bit P***.

After all I'm going through to get my "real fiance" here people are using the system for money, no wonder we have to skip though so many red tapes. It's not my business really, but I was just a little upset maybe, at another point in my life it would have mattered one bit. (just ranting forgive me)

Yes, we saw Charlie, Tom and Jerry and another one!!

Dunns River has become so commercialized it has lost so much of it's appeal......YS was so much better, had this unspolit air about it.....Only bad thing, they've just installed a rope glider thingy that you pay $30 US to use.....Had to edit the wires out of my photos :(

Really?? When did they put that in there? I was there 2 July's ago. I LOVE the pool they put in, but don't like the bottom....all rocks !

Mayfield Falls is nice too. I just hope both of them don't get to comercialized... have you done the horseback riding at the Country Western Riding stables, closer to Negril --by the West End? ALOT of fun!!!

A friend of mine, who lives, took me for the day to hang out with her friend Jackie....of Jackies on the Reef. Ladies....you have GOT to check this place out. It was sooooooooooooooooo unbelievably relaxing !!!

Mindy left the board :crying::angry: She was tired of all the B.S. that was going on here for awhile with everyone bashing one another :bonk: and being mean. Hopefully we've put a stop to that now - maybe I can lure her back ;)

I am really sad to hear that things have been so bad lately that some of the vets who started this thread are leaving.........I am glad I was not around to see this happening....This thread saved my life many times and we all need to remember why we are here....OKay!!! Well, we've made up our minds - almost. We're going to Jamaica in August instead of November. I really don't want to go into labor in JA :no: I'm going from Aug. 18-25 and Tony will either go at the same time as me or 1 week before that. He wants to spend more time with his family and friends and I can't get any more vacation time. It will all depend on how much money he can save up for the trip (1 week vs. 2 weeks)

Didn' a couple of you other Yardie's mention that you may be in JA in August? What part of JA? I will be in Ochi as usual. B)

Hey Rhonda I'll be in Jamaica during that time! I'll primarily be in Negril, but we'll be in Ochi on the 21st-23rd maybe for a honeymoon. The wedding is the 18th. I'd love to meet up with you! :dance:

Neither one of us know much about Ochi, whereabouts will you be?
