advice should i fly back with him when he gets the visa or for him to fly alone did everyones SO have any issues when they got to the airport

Mine did because they did not take the papers from him in immigration. I shudder to think of what would've happened if I did not question it on the way out. We were sent back to turn them in and do that mini interview thing.

Also, it was his first plane ride and Miami is a huge and confusing airport.

I swear this world is so small. My hubby was looking up bands who play at the Chicago Jamaican club wild hair and he found two of his former friends who use to play music with him at Holiday INN Sunspree in Mo Bay. So he went to the Wild Hair Club tonight to see his friends play and I guess he is going to get to play with them. They told him they may need a bass player. Really its just nice to know that he has some friends close by with so he can JAM. When I have a Tuesday night free I want to go and see his friends play. Tuesday is one of the only free days at the Wild Hair. Anyways sorry to blab on and on. Its a small world after all.

How long ago was he at Holiday Inn? My husband was a bartender there. They probably know each other.

 Congrats!! First me, then Jonesie, then Jax, then Nanny, and now YOU  Who's next? I nominate Mindy :innocent:

Only if she can pop out horses. She's going to ream you for even saying that Rhonda.

Goodbye Daddy

One night a father put his three-year-old daughter to bed, told her a story and listened to her prayers, which she ended by saying:

"God bless mommy, God bless daddy, God bless grandma, and goodbye Grandpa."

"A why yuh say good-bye Grandpa fa?" the father asked.

"Mi noh know, " the little girl said.

The next day, Grandpa died. The man thought it was a strange coincidence. A few months later, he put

the girl to bed and listened to her prayers, which went like this:

"God bless Mommy, God bless Daddy and good-bye Grandma." The next day, the grandmother died!

Rahtid, thought the man, dis yah pickney can see inna de future. Several weeks later when the girl was going to bed, the man heard her say "God bless Mommy and good-bye Daddy."

The man practically went into shock. He couldn't sleep all night and got up at the crack of dawn to go to his office. He was nervous all day.He figured if he could get by until midnight he would be OK He felt safe in

the office, so he stayed until the end of the day, looking at his watch and jumping at every sound. Finally, when midnight arrived, he breathed a sigh of relief and went home.

When he got home his wife said "Yuh neva come 'ome dis late before, wha happen?"

"Mi no waan talk 'bout it," he said. "Mi jus 'ave de worst day a mi life."

"Yuh tink yuh had a bad day?" the wife exclaimed.

"You'll neva believe wha happen. Dis mahnin, Desmond next door, drap dead pan de varandah."

You did not need all that stuff for AOS on the K-1. I'm thinking you are just applying for the conditional green card. All this stuff we are discussing is to remove conditions for the 10-year green card.

Also, don't forget your marriage certificate.

You're pretty much gonna have the same type of "proof" for both interviews. You should just have a lot more of it by the time you apply to remove conditions.

Unless you don't have an interview. We didn't.

And, since I applied for his AOS almost immediately after we married and he didn't have a social security card, we didn't have his name on anything at all. That is what I am trying to say. It all worked out fine without all that.

Now, for his 10 year green card, we have his name on everything and anything.
