I have a bit of news to share, Squito and I are expecting our first child in April. I guess another one bit the dust huh, lol. I remember when Rhonda had me at the top of the baby list. We should've put some money on it because look at how many others got knocked before I did, lol.

I swear this world is so small. My hubby was looking up bands who play at the Chicago Jamaican club wild hair and he found two of his former friends who use to play music with him at Holiday INN Sunspree in Mo Bay. So he went to the Wild Hair Club tonight to see his friends play and I guess he is going to get to play with them. They told him they may need a bass player. Really its just nice to know that he has some friends close by with so he can JAM. When I have a Tuesday night free I want to go and see his friends play. Tuesday is one of the only free days at the Wild Hair. Anyways sorry to blab on and on. Its a small world after all.

It really is. We were in a JA restaurant the other day and I just happened to pick up a flyer for a concert in Dec. here in Philly and my SO was like "see mi cousin deh". I was like "what". So he call him and he came over and they were able to catch up. They haven't seen each other in over 10 yrs. I was just happy that he knew someone until I realized that he is a stone cold RASTA and he stank up my couch smelling like ganja damn near giving me a contact

I went to the interview and hubby flew to the states by himself. It was his first plane flight and he did well. He didn't want me to spend anymore money.

It seems like most SO's do fine flying here by themselves, especially if they've flown before like your fiance (to JaLove) but i guess it's a personal choice. I know my fiance has never been outta JA so flying alone might create some anxiety so I might chose to fly in with him?! Maybe I can convince him to do it alone.....and try to save us some money! :)

So why do people circumcise like its necessary. I always thought it was odd that something that naturally occurs on EVERYman was medically necessary to remove. Hmmm....this is really interesting.

There's a HUGE debate about this on babycenter.com if you're interested. I think that's where I saw it. For so many years, it was just done automatically on every little boy (mostly in the U.S.). Now, people (and insurance companies!) are starting to question whether or not it's actually necessary.

You did not need all that stuff for AOS on the K-1. I'm thinking you are just applying for the conditional green card. All this stuff we are discussing is to remove conditions for the 10-year green card.

Also, don't forget your marriage certificate.

You're pretty much gonna have the same type of "proof" for both interviews. You should just have a lot more of it by the time you apply to remove conditions.

I flew back with hubby, but from South Florida the cost of both tickets is probably what many of you in the other states are paying for your own round-trip ticket. There were no issues at the airport - it was only a very LONG wait -_-

Hi Ladies ,

Like most of you life has me really busy. Congrats to all those whom received their visas and all the new arrivals and arrivals to come to the VJ Family. All the Likkle ones.

I met my SO while i was in Jamaica to meet my husband to BE!!! I had been talking to my friend for almost 3 years before I decided to go Jamaica to meet him in person. Me and my best friend stayed in Runnaway Bay . His name was David nad him and his friend came to the hotel. He was gorgeous and fine but what ruined it he started asking for MONEY. So needless to say the first day I met him was the last.

My girlfriend and I made a pack that we would just enjoy our vacation . NO MEN!!!!!!!!! We went to the Fall two day later and werwe hit on by every Gigolo in Jamaica :help: . As we were leaving the Falls this dark chocolate man said hello. WHO? My SO. Remember the pack? No more men !!! Didn't work out. First I thought he was another gigolo but he said he was waiting on his family to come out and they did !! We were together all the time after that. I was even

stranded 3 extra days due to the hurricaine. After I returned home I felt like I left a part of me there. We spoke everyday.

Well I started the process in August 2005 and had second thoughts because how could this be real ? I had only known him 10 days. So ladies I started dating an American and cancelled the visa process . My SO was heart broken and so was I but I had known the other guy for three years and he started to pursue me gifts, wineing and dining. We broke -up 6 months later . My So never stopped calling and checking on me wishing me happiness.

He called one night and asked me how Me and my new man were doing and I told him what happened. He didn't say I told you so or even laugh all he said was when are you coming down to let me hold you. The rest is history and I am now MRS. VERTON WHITE.

So for those that second guess if it's real trust your head but follow your heart.

OMG...Tanya Girl... You have me in tears!!! (No pregnancy for me...I'm jus' PMS-ing  ) That is a really beautiful story!!!

Thank you so much for sharing!

Many blessing to you and Mr. White

(L), Gill
