This is my first time posting here. I am Canada and hubby came form Jamaica in July. We are not seeing eye to eye on certain things. We are constantly arguing and every time we get into an argument he says he wants to go home. We have a child together 10 mts and we both have another from another relationship. The transition is hard. We have all been there or are heading there. I, personally, would not put up with the he wants to go home part with every argument. The first time Andre ever said that, I would tell him to go get the bags out of the basement and I would help him pack. I don't like those games at all.

Romantic after? Ummmm.....no. The only change would probably be I won't yell at him AFTER the argument. And, of course, if I am wrong, I will apologize.

Unfortunately, there is no rule of thumb for relationship/marriage issues. Maybe, you need to really stop and listen to what is being said when you argue...I mean what is behind the actual words.
