What a day on VJ!!!! When I signed in I was like, 10 pages, WTH!!!! It did too eventful Kim, Claire, you both have a safe trip to Jamaica; I am going down next Saturday and coming back with hubby on Sunday. Mi caan believe seh him ah come nex' week. Di time jus ah fly! Lawd hav mercy, Christmas ah come....

I have never seen where anyone on the thread has said more than they should have. We are sharing our experiences, just as if we had gone to a support group meeting, because this is what this is -- a support group

Hear Hear...Amen to dat!!! Is not like we plotting and planning our conversations aren't even rude... except for the ocassional mention of rooks...I just don't get it some people!! Honestly, I almost feel sorry for him...because he obviously doesn't have anyone to talk too. I seriously feel blessed to have our likkle group!!

Great people going through a great deal...but we all support one another and if he would have come incorrectly he could have been a part! Instead of chatting pure foolishness! Dyam ###!!

Today was a great day on the yardies thread. I have not laughed so much in a long time. My belly hurts so much from laughing so much. My son thinks I am going crazy from laughing and screaming so much. Thank you guys for the laughs. What would I do if I had not found such a great group of friends. I love you all. Like JG said I would love to meet you all and sit on a varandah and just chat about every and anything and laugh like you belly full.

Take tons of parenting classes --together, if you can. Read lots of books. I personally loved the book....What to expect when you are expecting and the next one after that, what to expect the 1st year and the toddler one. Those books helped me with soooo many questions.

We went to our first prenatal class last night. Tony acted like he was there under gunpoint I swear, he acts like this is just MY baby - like he wasn't at least 50% responsible for it! I don't know how to get him to be more supportive

As for the books, yes I have that one and others. Another good one is "The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy". I also read "Pregnancy Sucks" and both of Jenny McCarthy's books, "Belly Laughs" and "Baby Laughs". Lots of fun.

Rhonda I understand. My husband doesn't even want to be their when I give birth because he says that he will pass out. I wish he was spewing twice a day. Only 3 more weeks to go. Maybe Tony will change his mind when the baby is on its way and here. All the best Rhonda
