Thanks for the gift ideas for my future MIL. Intrestingly enough, I have a picture that was given to me by my SO to be fixed because he let some liquid get to it. Its a pic of him graduating primary school and he is holding his diploma so maybe I will try to get that fixed and blown up.

I was thinking perfume but wasn't sure what kind to get because I know how I am and some smells that are popular to others aren't that popular to me. So I guess i'll think about it some more.

So my family is worried about me going to Kingston on the 4th of September given that election day is the 3rd and the votes will have been tallied by then with the results revealed. I don't know how to think about this because I am a little concerned. I'm expecting that it will be more cops and soldiers on the road than usual. I know that there may be some violence but I don't think they will do anything up at the embassy.

Do have anything to worry about for real? My SO says not really but we can't be to sure.

It's normal to be worried but you will be in a safe place. Perhaps stay in tune to what happens around you but you will be fine! :thumbs:

Marlon just sent me a text message and informed me that power will be restored to Clarendon on September 10! Still no word on the visa yet... *sigh* :crying:

Hey all.....

My waters broke 4am Friday morning, had an emergency C-section at 9am!!

My son was 10lbs 2oz, even though he was 4 weeks early!!!

He's still having a few issues, he had some fluid on his lungs so he's still in the NICU, hopefully comes home before the weekend.

I was discharged today, was the hardest thing ever to leave him there, but I know he's in the best of hands...Can't wait to bring him home :(

Oh my gosh, you're a month early!!!! :o Congrats on your new baby boy!! :dance::luv: Hopefully he can come home soon.
