Did you guys hear about those 6 miners that are trapped underground? That is so awful :( The only station we get here at work is CNN so that's all they talk about all night. That would be so scary. I am so claustrophobic I don't even like elevators :no: No way could I work underground! I hope they get to them soon.

They are at the mine now. No sounds coming from it. So sad.

I called and made an appointment for Donna from the States. Donna works a lot of hours and can't hold on the phone waiting. She lives in Kingston with two places to go for the visa medical. So, I called both places and made two appointments about a week apart. That way if she missed the first one there was another already scheduled.
I also called from NY and made my husbands medical appt...

I made Roy's appointment from here too!

See, I'm with Kelly on this. He is a grown @ss man I shouldn't have to do everything. And while I thought about calling them myself, I couldn't because it just pisses me off that I am the one acting like it's my visa. No thanks :no:. He needs to grow up and take responsibility for some things. I have done everything down to ordering his birth certificate online and finding a lab (from here) that would pre test him for a reasonable price JA$1200. This medical thing was like the last straw and I refused to take responsibility for it.

Anyway I am done at this point. His ma called me this morning and told me he scheduled his medical for the 20th. :thumbs: I don't want to hear anything more from him unless its about the money for my ticket. This man a stress me out bad. :( I had a two week cycle in June/July :o

I've been taking my time over the last three years fixing up my apt. Yesterday I got a valance for the kitchen and my uncle is finally going to change the blinds for me. So I'll be passing time visiting Ikea, walmart and dollar stores :P

Not yet. But, we've been trying. Another friend of ours texted her and was supposed to call her last night. She is out of her office today. So, I'm still waiting to hear from her.
