u see it...as if she was there...he said it was pretty easy for him more easy than he thought...he saw so many ppl getting denied he started praying....thank God

See, the secret is watching his reaction when asked. Some questions a re probably asked just to see how the person reacts when asked. If the CO gets hesitation, what they probably do is ask the question again later.

09/18/2020 - NOA via text

06/05/2021 - Notification of biometrics scheduled

09/17/2021 - Interview - decision cannot be made

11/24/2021 - Denial letter, 30 days to appeal

12/24/2021 - Appeal sent back with I-912 waiver

12/24/2021 - Motion to terminate deportation proceedings from 2013 filed

See, the secret is watching his reaction when asked. Some questions a re probably asked just to see how the person reacts when asked. If the CO gets hesitation, what they probably do is ask the question again later.

So true!! Can you just imagine how many interviews they do on a weekly basis.....they probably do make mistakes (and deny people who have valid relationships) but I am sure they all have their "cues" for what to look for (and ask) and that has a lot to do with getting approved or not.

This whole process still makes my stomach turn

So true!! Can you just imagine how many interviews they do on a weekly basis.....they probably do make mistakes (and deny people who have valid relationships) but I am sure they all have their "cues" for what to look for (and ask) and that has a lot to do with getting approved or not.

It is most definitely unfair the way they conduct interviews, but I guess once they label certain countries with this 'high fraud' label, they feel the end justifies the means.

What gets me is the presumption of fraud rather than them just treating all applicants in all countries the same way......

she didn't ask him for anything in his folder...except, BC,MC, police record, passport and and his pics...

You two have so much history together there is NOTHING they could do, guess that's why he breezed through it!!

ANy idea when he's going to come up?

Residents of the New Kingston/Cross Road area are urged to be on their guard this morning since reports of a strange man running around offering amounts in excess of $100 to 'use their cellphone' have been pouring in.

The man in question seemed to be in a state of terror, he was heard to be repeating 'Kimmy a guh kill mi, she a guh string mi up if mi nuh report to har. Yuh tink tink di CO hawd, a she dread!'.

No explaination has yet been reported of this strange incident.
