Yes, they will most likely send the whole package back. That's what I read happens when payment is short or forms have blank spaces that were required to be filled.

Yes, it almost certainly will. The bios fee must be included in the package--either in a separate check or together with the other fees. Don't worry though...as long as you send it back straight away it shouldn't cause you much of a delay at all! M.

I doubt it will cause an RFE, it will most likely cause your application to be rejected and sent back to you.

Please try to read the instructions in future!!

We did the same thing and no, they didn't send it all back; they just sent us a notice (fairly quickly after receiving our AOS app, as a matter of fact) telling us that our app was incomplete and that said we had to send the $75 before a certain date - very straightforward and didn't cause too much of a delay.

Are you talking about the first receipts that your applications have been received ? If so, usually between 7 to 10 days.

i tracked the aos application in usps site and it was delivered march 29 in chicago, so i was wondering how long they gonna send me back the aos package or notice of rfe
