I checked our case today morning and we found it changed as the following, please let me know what we should do or what is that means.

 

 

 

Expiring Soon
Immigrant Visa Case Number: CRO2015xxxxxxx 01 CRO
Case Creation Date: 04-Nov-2015
Status Updated Date:

08-Feb-2017

 

 

 

 

Section 203(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act requires that your registration be canceled and any petition approved on your behalf canceled, if you do not apply for your immigrant visa within one year of being advised to do so.

You were advised of this requirement over 1 year ago, but we have not received a response from you since then. As a result, your application for a visa has been canceled and any petition approved on your behalf has also been canceled.

Your application may be reinstated and any petition revalidated if, within one year, you can establish that your failure to pursue your immigrant visa application was due to circumstances beyond your control. Please provide a written statement to the Embassy or Consulate outlining the circumstances beyond your control and noting that you still wish to pursue this visa petition.

I thought maybe you hadn't contacted them, but it looks like you recently went to your interview.

Interview: 21-February-2017   We scheduled our own interview because we had an approved medical expedite with the consulate. By sheer luck we got such a quick interview date because someone cancelled their appointment less than 20 minutes prior
Interview Result: Approved!!
Visa Issued: 21-February-2017     Visa issued same day as interview
DHL tracking information received: 22-February-2017     DHL tracking number appeared 28 hours after interview, scheduled for delivery the next day
Visa in hand: 23-Feb-2017
US POE (Minneapolis): 26-Feb-2017

Yea we did today, but they informed us to get in touch with the embassy since the case still there. But I still don't understand how come the case become expired while it is under AP.

The embassy reactivated the case today and it become AP again B-)
