Terms of Service dating app potential RFE

Hello,

 

We met on a dating app and we included the Terms of Service because we were worried we could get a RFE because of the IMB thing. 

 

When you go through this ToS, it doesn't say anything that it's not a IMB and a free international dating app or am I wrong?

 

Would this ToS be sufficient to proof for the USCIS it's not a IMB? What part of this ToS concludes it's not part of the IMB?

From what I've read on VJ it seems to be somewhat random. I'm actually in the same boat on a different site, I included the tos, but it's just a waiting game. Including the tos was obviously a good idea, but I don't think anyone can predict one way or the other. Theirs stories of people getting a RFE who met on fb, so definitely isn't cut and dry.

Could somebody help me read and analyse the ToS? When you read through this ToS does it it make clear it's not a IMB? I would really appreciate it to make me put to ease.
