I am a March filer.. and my I-129 is still at the National Benefits Center. Looking at timelines of other march filers.. their petitions have been moved to the regional centers. I wonder why mine hasn't been moved to CSC. Should I contact them? cause i would hate any delays. :wacko:

Wife's visa journey:

03/19/07: Initial mailing of I-129F.

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!

MIL's visa journey:

07/26/11: Initial mailing of I-130.

05/22/12: Interview passed!

Check out my timeline. I got the NOA1 on March 26 with a date of March 22. I'm hoping today or tomorrow it gets to the VSC!

I got mine transferred yesterday. Took about 15 days. So if mine took that long, yours should come anytime soon, hopefully.

I know being transfered to CSC is no where near the actual visa.. but even little success on every little step gives me hope.

My K-3 took 5 months to get approved. It took 2 months for it to move from Nebraska center to CSC. Hang in there maybe your I-130 will go through faster.
