Have you been following this thread? 

If so, you will have noticed that the majority of filers who filed at Vermont Service Center have been approved, while there have been zero approvals for those of us who filed at the California Service Center.

 

If you filed at Vermont before Aug 15, you qualify to file a Service Request (to ask about what is happening with your file). If you filed after that at VSC or if you filed at CSC I advise that you start following the above thread, as it will give you an idea about when the filers near your timeline are getting information.

 

Speaking of timelines, please :time:If you do, then people will be more able to see where you are in the process, and will therefore be more able to help you with your queries.

We were living in South Carolina on Aug 19th 2016, the day we sent in the packet for removal of conditions. Trouble is I can't remember where we sent it to.

 

How do I fill in my timeline? I'm using this site from an iPhone 99% of the time.

 

edit: Just read on the Uscis page that we sent it to California.

September 25th: I-130 Emergency petition filed at US Embassy in Lima.

October 3rd: I-130 Petition Approved.

October 10th: Consular Section sent checklist and notification scheduling my spouse's visa interview for November 13th.
