If there is it seems like it is almost unnoticeable.. I see it as feast or famine some weeks... I think CSC binges and then purges

YMMV

You don't think there was an influx of petitions on/after Valentine's day that they might be recovering from maybe?

(or hired more people since now their the largest processing center for K-visas?)

It does seem like its a bit speedier.. but only for those I've talked to..

You must be the victim of wishful thinking. My estimated approval date went from April 24th to May 4th in the last week. Could be many factors but who knows. I'll be wishful thinking right next to you. Ken

I'm a March filer even though I mailed the petition in on 26Feb. When I submitted my petition, and got my NOA1, I updated my timeline and it gave a date of June 10 for possible adjudication. This went as low as June 09, but now it's up to June 14. This is a weighted average of all users' experiences with this center, and many folks on here guess or estimate their NOA2's in their timelines, so I imagine when reality sets in, this causes them to change their dates which then causes the expectation date to go to a later date. We haven't had a touch since the date the check first hit my bank, 3/9, so if you were to ask me, I'd say things have gotten slower at CSC. But that's just me.

My estimated time for my NOA 2 has changed from 06/08/07 to 06/13/07. It sure doesn't look like things are speeding up. But, I do think 06/13 is to much. 06/02/07 is 90 days for me. I will just have to wait and see.

I guess they do what they want, when they want, how often and how less only because they can. The good news is eventually we will all receive an answer at some time or other. What helps me with the waiting is simply viewing the NOA-2 as just getting one's foot in the door. The real agony will come later at the Consulate level.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

My expected NOA2 date has changed from 1st of May to 6th May, however, that would, I imagine be based on several months of stats. It may be speeding up a bit, (maybe the surf's bad!) but I wouldn't get too excited if i were you.

How do I get an estimate of my ajudication?

You have linked a VJ timeline already so scroll to the bottom and it will give you a guesstimate....

What exactly is this date? Is this an estimated date to interview? Or estimated date at the service center?
