I-175 Question and Proof

Hello,

quick question about the I-175.   Sections 7 and 8 require the signature of the petitioner and the spouse.  Under the signature for the spouse there is a statement acknowledging the biometrics appointment.  Will I (the spouse) need to have my prints taken as well?

Also, I'm finalizing my package and I'd love some feedback for how my list of evidence looks.  Is there anything big that I am missing?

Copy of Green Card (front and back)

Copy of Work 401k document listing petitioner as beneficiary

Copy of Two (2) car insurance policies showing a joint policy

Copy of Renters insurance policy showing a joint policy

Copy of Health Insurance policy showing a joint policy

Copy of Document from Bank Showing Joint Ownership of Account

Copy of signed apartment lease showing joint responsibility

Copy of 2015 federal tax returns showing joint filing

A Christmas card addressed to both spouse and petitioner

A Christmas card sent by spouses family with a picture of wedding

Flight reservations from our honeymoon in Italy

Four (4) pictures taken while on honeymoon in Italy

Are you sending in your monthly bank statements also or just a letter showing you have an account?  We sent in all our bank statements from the time we opened the account, however, I've seen where people sent in just a few random throughout the time frame.  What really helped me was reading thru the locked posts in the ROC forum.  Such a wealth of knowledge in there!  Best wishes!!
