Just received a NOIR . We filed an i130 on 2013 which was approved. Went to the interview in CD Juarez 2015...had to file a waiver 601....today I received the NOIR...what should I send for my application not to be revoked?

Didn't the NOIR state the reasons?

No one can tell you what to send if we don't know the reasons mentioned on your NOIR.

If you already sent the waiver, that means I'm guessing they denied the waiver. Don't know what steps you can take if they actually deny the waiver.

It says I no longer fall under that category. But the only change would be my dad becoming a citizen. 

 

The waiver hasn't been denied. They are just waiting on the response from NVC for the revocation intent.

That's possible then that your dad becoming a USC made you ineligible for the category originally applied for when he was I am guessing an LPR.

So your category has changed to IR2 so just wait until you receive the NOIR.

It will tell you exactly what the problem is, then you will have the opportunity to respond.

Just make sure you check your mails frequently cos the NOIR/NOID letters do not give you long time to respond so you don't want to miss any day.

IR2 is for the child of an IR1 beneficiary, which is not the OP

Actually no and yes..The question is for OP's sister so IR2 .

OP said her dad has become a citizen so not F1.

By the way, LPR cannot file for sibling only the parents,spouses and children
