After Affidavit of Support is sent, how long until interview date?

I started the Spouse visa process on June 2016 my husband is in Mexico, how long does it take fot the NVC to review our financial documents and our visa application form if I send them by this Tuesday (2/7/16)? How long after will we have the interview date? By when should he be here?

NVC received our final paperwork for interview on 12/20/16 and we are still waiting. We call weekly.
