I 134 - example form/mortgage question

Timeline

I put what my home was worth. And I went off of my taxes. I attached a copy of my school tax where it says in big letters OWN and what it was valued at and I put how much my mortgage was. I think if they wanted the equity in your home they would ask for it. :shrugs: I also sent in my tax returns for 2 years a copy of a check stub and a letter from my employer. I hope that would satisfy what they need being that I make over the 125% poverty. I added my house just to make it better I suppose. :unsure:

03/26/07 Fiance received packet 3

4/26/07 Fiance medical appointment

5/01/07 New date of medical appointment

5/14/07 Fiance interview date!

VISA APPROVED!

6/8/07 My fiance arrives in America

7/14/07 Wedding day!

Thanks for all the responses. I now know what to list and how to document the assessment/mortgage if I decide to list it.

My fiance is going to have more info than he will probably need on my finances (pay stubs, bank statements, copies of 1040s and W2s - along with the employer letter and I 134), so I'm not even sure yet that I'll list the home.

I think the example form needs to be updated.
