Good Afternoon all!

I have a couple of questions and I hope I can get some help. I will be sending the AOS package this week. We went ahead and have everything that is necessary, including his Social Security Now that I am looking at the DS-3025 medical exam form I see that the doctor checked off the part bottom that states "US vaccination requirements COMPLETE."  However, I see that many people receive RFE for this matter. What are the chances that I will receive RFE and how can I avoid an RFE in regards to the medical exam portion.

my second has to do with expediting the EAD.  My husband already has a job offer with T-Mobile.  they have amazing health insurance benefits, that's I don't even posses as a woman who works for a large company. I would love for him to start working there so we can take advantage of the health benefits and we can start saving as soon as possible to buy a house. Is there any way I can expedite the EAD

My last question is about wedding photos! Him and I went to the court house the day after he came here and married. I did not want to make a big deal out of it because I was sad his brother and my parents weren't able to attend. So I declined to any pictures! Are picture detrimental to the evidence process??

I would greatly appreciate your help!

You dont need proof of relationship for AOS.  The DS-3025 is fine since he just completed his exam and came to US.  After he gets NOA-1 for EAD, then you can call USCIS and file for an expedite, u have provide proof of job offer.  It will still take 45 days to get EAD.  If u get RFE for I-864, then EAD is put on hold until RFE is processed.
