I would also recommend getting a 2nd job. The current poverty guideline is 20,025 for a household of 2 people; which is equals out to earning $10.43 an hour and working 40 hours a week. Very possible to achieve if he gets a 2nd job :)

02/06/17-Biometrics Appointment Letter Received 

02/10/17- Digital RFIE received 

02/16/17-Biometrics appointment

02/21/17-RFIE Response Sent

02/23/17-RFIE Response received by USCIS

02/24/17-Status was updated on the USCIS website to "Response received" 

03/09/17-Status changed to "Ready to Schedule Interview"

04/14/17-Filed a service request for EAD card

04/19/17- EAD card is being produced

04/25/17-EAD/AP card was sent out.

04/27/17-Received combo card. 

09/25/17-AOS Interview-APPROVED!

09/30/17-Green card in hand! Done for 2 years :D

Hold the petition at NVC (if it's there) or embassy level until husband makes enough. As long as you're in touch with them once a year they'll keep your petition open.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Thank u brothers and sisters for reply .I couldn't reply yesterday were something wrong after I msg why not working or I can't submit . anyway I try every thing which possible way .

The minimum wage in Ohio is $8.15  Presuming a 40 hour workweek for 50 weeks, your husband would have a yearly income of $8.15 x 40 x 50 = $16,300.  The 125% poverty line for a household of 2 is $20,025.  Your husband would need to earn $3725 more.

Last year he didn't make good cuz work one job only part time other wise year before was 20,000$ above now he working a two job and will see and hope so its work out who try .didn't know about that income level matter so never put case will wait till know or ready every thing,that what's mistake happen well all is luck God know better .thank u brother telling me this all.God bless u
