Gosh I just freaked out... I received a letter from my Fiance from all paperwork that he send me that I am going to need for the Interview and he forgot to put 2 documents there. Not a biggie cause I wont need it for probably next 3 weeks anyway but I don't know why I got crazy, called him and almost argued, I think all the stress starts hitting me and it is not good... I realized that Im making big deal of nothing really serious, he found those papers in 3 min and will send it tomorrow but really he couldnt understand why I am so mad and overstressed over such a small thing. After I took couple deep breaths I realized that I had kind of panic attack I guess? Hopefully it will all be gone soon, soon as we will get this thing overwith... sorry, I just had to share with somebody...

I understand you completely. My fiancee and I have had a couple of really ugly fights recently. Fortunately, we saw through the insanity that this process is causing (being apart, waiting, chat misunderstandings, etc). If nothing else, this process shows us how our partners react to and handle difficult times, which is important for me when seeking a long term relationship. I wouldn't really want to be with someone that couldn't handle a few months wait or a few arguments. Hang in there and it will all be over soon.

Hi everyone. My fiance called the uscis today and asked about our case. Day 106. They said our case is fine just still waiting to be looked at. We are still in our time frame of the normal waiting. Another month and a half, if nothing is heard of, then we can investigate further.

We are Feb 6th noa1.

Hope this puts some minds at ease. It helped me a little as I'm such a stresshead. 🙂

Knowing it's not lost is always a good thing. I still don't like how they "seem" to work out of order. It crossed my mind that maybe it only appears that they are worked out of order and that some cases involve more investigation, but that doesn't explain sitting in received with an NOA1 date 1 - 2 months before someone who is approved. The USCIS makes the mind wonder.

Did y'all talk to a tier 2 or just customer service?

I just got off the phone with a tier 2 and he was saying 5- 6 months USCIS can push our wait to before receiving a NOA2.

I asked him what's been going on with how poorly all our applications are being handled and he could only say, "Unfortunately, I do not work at the Californoa Service Center so I cannot tell you what's going on with them".

On the other hand, I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico.

I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.

Aww yes. I know. It's not right them working all randomly. I really don't understand how they work. It definitely boggles the mind for sure

I don't know. I asked him to speak to tier 2 and he asked that and im sure they said we still have another month and a bit to wait. I don't know if tier 2 said that or the customer service. 😊😊

They say whatever they want, it seems, regardless of tier. My tier 2 told me nobody has reported the online tools to be broken. One untrue equals all untrue to me. All we can do is hope that those pyramid people get to our cases soon.

While waiting for this NOA2. I think i am more stressed about the interview part of the process. Knowing Ghana is a tough embassy i just cant deal with a denial. I just cant. I've already spent 95 days of my life stressed over this whole process. I know that i should remain positive but sometimes its just hard.:(
