yes. based on flying delta.  a little cheaper to go thru portland than seattle

How long does that take?  I am spoiled.  I live right between Los Angeles and San Francisco and can get reasonable flights.  1 stop is typically under $750 round trip.

Hey Everyone,

NOA1 Date of Feb 13th and still waiting. Hopefully we will be hearing soon as I am seeing more people receiving NOA2's. This site makes me not feel so alone but still crazy haha. I am just so ready to be out of limbo and start our real life! Any suggestions on what to do when the date we were expecting to hear, as per the timeline, has passed? Wait or should we be calling USCIS? We are on day 98.

Any help would be great :)

USCIS won't really do anything until the date they have on their site is passed your date- and today it moved to December 15.  Unfortunately it seems to be just a waiting game right now.  Some people have called and gotten word from a tier 2 officer that their case was approved before receiving their NOA2 in the mail since the website isn't updating, but calling won't speed anything along.

Good luck to you too!! Can't remember if we've chatted previously (I've met a few canadians on here), but I see you (or your fiancée) is from Canada as well.  I'll be moving to Texas from new brunswick.

Thankfully I have a trip booked at the end of June so I have that to look forward to while I "patiently wait" I am going to start following you now though if thats okay. I will follow you back! My received date is the 14th. It seems they just started touching it the last few days so hopefully it won't be too long.  I have a trip to Dallas booked at the end of June also, so it is giving me something to look forward to.  Hopefully we will have our NOA2 by then and can prepare our paper work for the interview.  Where in California are you moving to? I actually met my fiance in BC at shambhala music festival.

I have the same app and I think that is when you created the account in the app.

He is currently living in Pune, so I'm assuming probably the Mumbai embassy for the interview? Not entirely sure. He just moved a few months ago from Kerala (Kochi), but he is originally from Chennai :)

I see it says your from St. Louis? I just moved from there last August! I lived in STL to attend undergrad at SLU and worked at Mercy Hospital, but moved to Florida to attend med school.

SMALL WORLD!! The first time I met my fiance, I flew to Kochi. His family lives in Pala, just south of Kochi. We also went to Munnar, which is so beautiful! If you ever have the chance, you have to go. The tea plantations are incredible. The second time I went, I visited him in Delhi.

I work just across the highway from Mercy Hospital! SLU is a great school and Mercy is a wonderful hospital. I have a friend who is a medical intern there now and I took a fertility awareness class through Mercy Fertility Clinic. :D

Good luck on your K1! And my regards to your fiance!!
