yeah it most probably still is. and even if it gets fixed now, the scan results will always be off because unless the we have a way of knowing the case numbers of all those people who were approved during this tracker blackhole, those cases will remain received in the scan forever and ever and ever (lol).

Unless they fix it retro. :)

With it being nearing the end of may shouldn't more than 25% of the cases be approved?

yep - it should definitely be more than that! they have been getting more and more behind these last few weeks. sigh.

Actually my though was that even that  data is probably skewed.  Since they only have those people that are active on this site and have provided their case numbers and updated timelines correct?  I have yo hold out hope that they arent as far behind as feared.    Also if they have touched cases on feb 27th and 28th per previous limited scans i have to hold out hope that march cases will be touched soon and that will help me maintain my sanity and possibly preserve my relationship

I agree. While they still may be working a few cases for December and January (untouched and RFE), I would guess a majority of their resources are on February by now.  I think the average number of cases worked per day is above 100 if you take the total number of cases per month and divide by the number of working days in a month.  That number becomes a little less if you factor in RFE processing, holidays (Memorial day is 29 May), and other external things they may get tasked with.

Thus, as we progress into the month, more effort is focused on February cases.  The number of us on VJ is but a small number of total people who submitted. Therefore, I believe what we are seeing is only a small part of what is actually being done. Think of our group as a sample of the whole.

I am on day 94. All things considered, based on the number of cases this organization processes each month, 90 to 120 days is not bad. It may not feel that way, but when you compare to other processes it think it may be better.

But then again, perception is reality.  Oddly enough I seem to be more irritated with my wait time at the post office, pharmacy, and Department of Motor Vehicles.

I compare this to military basic training. When you are in basic training you think it is the worst experience and time crawls. However, once you have finished, you tend to reflect upon the experience as trivial and humorous.

All the data is skewed, it's a fact. The data source itself, for the site and the scans, is missing who knows what. At this point we all must just wait, that's all we can do. Some get lucky and get cases expedited, etc, but in general, nope, we just stalk the mailman or maybe see a psychiatrist or use valium.

I prefer to use the shotgun approach.  Medication for depression and anxiety, stalking the mailman, and therapy twice a month. :)  On top of that I have a job I can bury myself in if needed.  So far its working.

I forgot about stalking the NVC for the case number!

Me too. Plus I am preparing the house for my family. I never thought I would be painting an entire room pink. But, that is what the daughter likes. Just finished the boys room, blue and gray.

Things like that have been fun too.  I have been buying things for our 2 year old sons room.  I rug with roads on it so he can play with his cars. I have bought about 30 hot wheels, desk, a tonka truck, a giant globe sticker for a wall so he can see where all his family is.

Its been a long time since i have had little ones around on a daily basis.  Its going to be fun.

My USCIS app just sent me alerts for new form updates. First alerts I've had in weeks on the app. Nearly had a heart attack and thought they'd updated the case. But nope. Just random alerts of updates and a travel warning. Anyone else get updates on the app?

You got your noa2? Congrats! 🎉 Is your case on approved on the scans that get uploaded to here? Has it changed on those scans people upload?
