Anyone with recieved date of Feb. 15th get any news yet ? Or any NOA2 ? I am still waiting on mine 😕

I don't think its necessarily for criminal records. As long as its not a domestic abuse charge. On the application instructions you just have to provide police reports, court documents and an explanation letter. Did anyone have to provide this? College can be a pretty wild.

Hello Friends! Just wanted to give a quick update! First and foremost, I Have to THANK GOD! I received my NOA2 in the mail today!!!! Sooooo happy and exciting because of all the stress and waiting that accompanied it. To be honest, in comparison to some other cases, looking back, I do not think we waited a ridiclous amount of time but I know it feels like forever. 

NOA1: Feb 15

NOA2: Dated 5/15 ;Received in mail today (5/19)  

Side note: My case still says received on both the app and case checker on USCIS 😒🤔😒 so clearly they're still playing games! Hope you lovebirds get some letters from approval  this week and next! 💕

i recieved mine today it depends how ling mail takes, my case was recieved feb 16th and approved the may 16th and got the letter 19th (3days)..

If you guys received NOA2 please update your timelines so it is helpful to other people like me in the VJ community. 😊 I know you guys must be overjoyed and too excited at this point lol I'd be too!! Can't wait to hear good news. 😱 I'm so anxious.

Hi all, I just received the NOA 2 on 5/19 by mail, my NOA 1 is on 2/16. USCIS still shows received.

yes, the raw data has all the Feb WAC numbers (all the open ones at least). i remove the WACs that are already approved or withdrawn daily before i run the scan.

I am still waiting for my NOA2,it has beenbeen 103 days.. My fiance is going to contact the congressman today and see if they will get different information than we got.Cross my fingers for all of you too!

"Dates touched today" are the received dates of the cases that were updated (eg RFE was sent, RFE response was received, etc) on the day i ran the scan. the online tracker seems to still report RFEs/RFE responses for the most part so this means (to me at least) that USCIS is/was working on those dates and some cases with those dates may have already been approved even if the online tracker still does not change online.

That is so cool! My boy is going to call on monday because he was on the road for the last 3 days and too tired and distracted to make a call. Hopefully we will hear good news on Monday too so I can schedule my medical appointments  this is getting more Real now and hopefully I will be travelling to USA by the end of next month  

 

for those who are still waiting on noa2- don't give up! Looks like they are speeding with notifications now! Check your mailbox daily, it will come! Im crossing Fingers and praying for you guys!

Mine was received Feb 23rd and NOA1 date is feb28. Hoping for our NOA2 by this coming week. Fingers crossed. Good luck everyone!

My NOA1 is the 23rd, let's keep our fingers and toes crossed... I stupidly booked my flight at the beginning of the year as this particular airline started doing direct flights and they were amazingly cheap but now I'm thinking I've been optimistic with the date I've booked 😐
