Ive actually deleted the app from my phone   I think I'm developing an aversion to the word "received"

None of the data can be trusted at this point IMO. For the Jan. data, two weeks ago, approvals dropped and for the most part stopped. Then, periodically, we see unexplained spikes of approvals during the day, where as in the past they would happen at night. Recently, to add to it all, RFE rates dropped too and I can't tell if it's legit or if it's part of the issue we see with approvals. Regardless, it seems like for Jan. we're missing about 800 status updates online. It's why I stopped publishing data, it's just too confusing for people who aren't intimately familiar with all that's going on. 

 

At the end of the day, it's a cluster f over there and we are just going to have to ride it out.

RFE dropping is part of the issue now too, since someone just said they got one May 11th but still showing as Received in the system.

 

Then I saw in the January thread someone saying they got the electronic notification of being approved yesterday. So in a new development of the whole mess, now this is a lottery where people pay the same but get different treatment. This process is getting funnier everyday

Anyone else here's date NOA1 date Feb 8th??  No word on NOA2 yet, my fiance and I are starting to get nervous. I'm hopeful we will hear something this week but I might have to call the California center soon. This thread has calmed me down a bit thought seeing how some people are also still waiting. Congrats to those of you who have gotten through this step though!! Surely the rest of us here will be approved soon enough!!

I'm Feb 01 NOA1. I haven't received any word on my case. I called CSC two days ago and only got the automated response. If you want to get more information, you would need to speak to a Tier 2 level worker.  I haven't done this, but I did contact my congressman and asked if he could just check on my case. I mentioned the online system wasn't updating properly, and when I call I just get the automated response (the same response I see online). Anyway, I'm waiting to hear back from them.

They received our petition on 8 and we got our NOA1 on Feb 10, and based on our timeline data it may be adjudicated between May 18 - 23

 

Visajourney says they are working on Feb 6 now http://www.visajourney.com/content/times/ 

 

Hopefully soon we will get something in the mail.. I'm checking this site everyday!

Hi there, I'm Feb 6th filer. My fiance just called the CSC and they said they're processing November filers. But we know that's not the only month being processed. They said another two months for us. 😭 I know other Jan and Feb filers being processed, So I have hope. And made worse because the system checker isn't working still.

Hey there...

USCIS reveived our petition on February 8. However, we got the notification on February 13 and the hardcopy a few days later. My finacé found our NOA2 in the mailbox on May 15, but the approval date was May 11. Still, the USCIS website states that our case has been received and that there haven't been any updates since February 15. I guess they have some severe problems with the servers but as a positive aspect: they process files nevertheless....and they're also working on some February files. 👍🏻 

 

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your NOA2 yet. 😔 I hope you all will get yours very very very soon. I'm still every day on VJ to check the status for us February filers. Thinking of you....Stay strong!

I just received a notification on my USCIS app saying that they mailed a RFE to me today.

Received date Feb13

NOA1 date Feb15

Does anyone here have the experience with or the knowledge about RFE? What do they normally ask for? I think i already sent them everything i could think of with the initial petition...Should we be worried?

It seems every RFE is individual and it may be as stupid as not filling out a form properly...So, I guess, we just wait for the hard copy and pray it's fixable...
