I agree! Don't get into the negative mindset...it's very easy to fall prey to that!

Besides there's still earlier filers (1st week of Feb )who still haven't got their noa2 (and even Jan , Dec and Nov filers!)

just manage your expectations so you don't become too down! There's still the mamonth pile that is Feb 13th to go through before yours is looked at!

Be positive !

I agree! I should have spending time with my family, friends and go swimming beach because here in Philippines is nice weather. Miss Filipino foods. And I might gonna miss Family, friends beach and Filipino foods when I will be move to the U.S.

Relax and Be Positive!

Instead of feeling happy, all these approvals coming in just make me anxious! We are February 15, and all this time I've been fairly mellow. Now I'm concerned I didn't say enough, didn't say it right, didn't send in the proper things, etc. Argh.

I understand what you are saying and felt the same way.   I was 2/8 and received my letter today.  Hopefully that means you are a week away!

If you are worried, you shouldn't be. It is your right as a citizen to marry whom ever you want. They can't just deny your application for any reason, they have to have a legitimate reason. Just take a few deep breaths, and before you know it you'll be with your significant other.

It seems like to me, worst case, you get an RFE, which is fixable. They don't really turn you down at this stage unless you send the wrong fee/form. You just have to follow the rules or wait longer. Good luck.

You guys are both right...if I got an RFE, I worry what I sent in would not be enough and we'd be denied then. We've been together almost 10 years, lived together abroad for almost 7 of those years, so I FEEL all is on our side,no problems. Idk, guess I'm just feeling vulnerable since it's all so very real now.

It's understandable to feel vulnerable. I feel that way too. The US government (some person we've never met, or ever will meet) holds our future and whether we will get to spend the rest of our lives with the ones we love, in their hands. I've been through some tough times in my life, and this ranks up there in the top 3. Hang in there, sounds like you have it nailed.

We are so nervous now. I saw a few friends here who received date was 8 Feb already got approval letter, but we are still waiting for that:(

Congratulations to those friends who received their NOA2! It does cheer me a bit!

May I know should I call them and check my case? My fiance said he could also write a letter to their government office people who will help us to check our case.

Anyone could give us any suggestions? Many thanks!!!

PLEASE READ!! We are all in this together...

In speaking to iamdegieit would be incredibly helpful if those that get approvals and RFE's, you contact her so she can update the document link with the most currant data. All she needs is your WAC number. This will allow all those that are around the same time or even those that are down the road have an estimate when they can get notification. with the USCIS system not working and them not acknowledging or caring if it is or not, we need to work together.

thank you @tab4768! Yes, it would be great to have your case numbers (privately of course) so you can all be counted on the approved tally! =)
