Fresh news from Interview- my visa was approved  it went very smooth, took 2 hours in the embassy. If anyone want I can describe step by step how it was. Im so happy and relieved  now time to go home!

yes maybe in 2 weeks time we may receive our appoval ohhh my gosshhh this is how it feels I am gettng nervous I hope my Minor son will also be approved

we intend to apply a K2 for my Minor Son but when we received our NOA1 it only appears my name as Beneficiary besides in his birth certificate he used his biological father's surname but I am a single mother "never married" . However, i did not receive an RFE unitil today so i have a positive feeling that me n my son we will be approved.

Thank you soo much. I still can't believe it.

 

This community is awesome! VJ helped me not to be lost and discouranged since the USCIS app isn't working these day. But hey, they are working on Febuary, so your NOA2 will come very soon. 

Therefore, hang in there...just a little longer.

This is all getting a bit real... I'm towards the end of Feb... But I have a question maybe someone can answer... my girlfriend moved to a different address 6 hours away earlier this year that is different from the address that is on our I-129F form. I know I need to call and change this once our petition is approved and sent to NVC... Does anyone see this being a potential hold up in the process of things?

I am Feb 14 received!! According to RFEs from the past week it doesn't look like they are to our dates yet, but maybe this week or next!! 🤞🏻
