Our packet got received on Februari 8 in Lewisville Lets see when we get our NOA1! Are they working faster now towards November?

You should get yours soon! Our packet was received on the 6th and we got our NOA1 yesterday. The check also cleared yesterday. Woohoo!

Mine was received on Feb 8 as well in Dallas. Haven't gotten the NOA1 or seen the check clear yet though. Hopefully just a few more days if @TexasHeartsIndia got theirs yesterday. Looks like we are going to be on the same track!

I went to the USCIS website for the current processing times and it says that the California center is currently working on applications dated August 2016. That can't be right?!?! I mean, there are people in the November thread that already have their NOA2, right?

Seems like they don't update their website regularly... You would think they would figure out how to create an automatically updated page linked to their database system - or not list it at all to help us all keep our sanity as we wait!!

Hi February filers,

 

I am getting ready to file our I-129F package. It´ll probably be complete next month since I will go visit my fiancé this month to gather additional documents needed. Any tips or recommendations will be helpful and appreciated. I am so excited and anxious, can´t wait for my SO to get to the US. 

 

Good luck to all of you, I will continue to visit this thread even though I might create a new one for March filers.
