 Just a question for some advice. What do you do if the app you met on has now closed down. Met my fiance through the social media app called Fling - Message the world, back in 2015. But it's closed down now due to people misusing it. 

There's lots of websites saying the app got closed down. I'm just worried in case they ask for more info on the app we met as they seem to have for other people. 

PS. I'm a huge worrier and drive myself insane with worry sometimes lol.

Fresh news from Interview- my visa was approved  it went very smooth, took 2 hours in the embassy. If anyone want I can describe step by step how it was. Im so happy and relieved  now time to go home!

There were some February cases touched today. Not sure how many, but a case with a receipt number just after mine was sent an rfe. (receipt  date of Feb 1st.) I'm hoping things are picking up.

01/27/2017:     I-129F Mailed

02/01/2017:     NOA1 (Receipt Date: Feb 01; Notice Date: Feb 03)

05/17/2017:     NOA2 (Received May 22, USCIS still shows as received)

05/23/2017:     Case mailed from California to NVC

06/02/2017:     Case Number Received (I called) from NVC

06/09/2017:     Case Status: Ready in Guayaquil, Ecuador

I feel the same....I am a huge worrier. I met my fiancé on international cupid and closed my account after meeting him. I found the "terms of agreement" and printed it out. The agreement usually mentions marriage brokers...

Hi thanks for replying. Yes the app is a a billion percent not a marriage broker. It is a free social media app that didn't last long. They closed all the servers down on the website so I can't get terms and conditions if they need that. We did however move to Facebook pretty much straight away as it was much easier to talk on there. I've got lots of evidence that the app went bust and shut down though. Yep. Always a worrier. 🙈

So they've finally started on February for real! Probably still a long way off, but at least it's creeping closer! Thanks for posting :)

Bottom line. They used to process 200 cases a day. Now they are doing a fourth of it. And of that fourth, less than 15% are being approved. (At least yesterday) 

That's not a good batting average.
