Had my interview today... so confused: Administrative Processing

They CO did not say why, if there is anything missing, just that sometimes they do some deeper analysis and can take up to 10 day.

I want to cry so badly!

Did the CO keep your passport?  Did they give you any documentation or papers?

That's a really good sign then.  I understand your concern but everyone on a K1 goes through AP after the interview, sometimes for just a day, sometimes for a little bit longer.  If they kept your passport then that means they are more than likely going to issue your Visa, if they had any major doubts they would have had you keep your passport and given you a 221g.

Thanks! But i'm so worry, because he said explicitly "I can not say is approved or denied"

Can it be because of the co sponsor? They asked about it a lot...

Hello everyone! Did anyone need the petitioner's original/certified birth certificate for the interview?

Nope. That BC or the US Petitioner's passport is already submitted with the I-129F.

CSC is currently focused on April 19th thru April 25th.

7 of the last 14 case on IGOR's list were from this range.

Bulk of February cases were approved in May and June however I'm sure you know that already.

The last Feb approval I could find was back on 8/23 nearly 1 month ago.

I think you mentioned someone with USCIS gave you a date of 9/27 for something to happen?

I would call Tier 2 today to make sure.

Your case has fallen through the cracks.

Totally unacceptable at this point.
