Hi) here it is my review about my interview. I have had my interview at moscow embassy at 31of august. We are approved!!! They asked a few questions like: where when and how we met,amd where and how many times met in person, about my job and his job.checked only police cert and financial documents of my fiance.the lady at embassy was very nice and polite.shortly,i liked it)))) it was not that scary as i expected!!! So i have to get my passport in one week ...hope for no delays...and we booked flight to chikago for 18 of september!!! So soon the family life will begin)very happy now and wish everyone to be with theit loves one as soon as possible!! My best wishes especially to lovemychroatianman girl,do not lose hope, you will have your man with you soon, believe it!!!!

Congrats on the approval. I could only imagine the excitement to get back home after such amazing news, but Ive always heard NEVER book your flights until you have your travel documents in hand. I hope that your visa arrives in time for your departure. Best wishes to the both of you going forward..

Not directed at the Op, but this does go both ways... I did say in a previous post that I was sorry that my post was perceived wrong. wasnt my intention to flame that person. Was simply trying to help them deal with any anxious or stressful moments by not dwelling on them..PEACE.

I haven't said much in this forum but I have been a part of it. I send you positive energy! <3 It's been so hard for many of us, almost at the brink of even losing ourselves and our fiancee because of the pressure. And it is quite a challenge when you are dealing with so much more than just this Visa. I find myself taking care of our 4 month old baby and he is far away from me. I am raising my child without his father because of this Visa. And this forum has kept my hope up and has made me more patient. And I AM SO happy I get to find some peace of mind in this forum. Outside of this forum, I am alone. THANK YOU and EVERYONE HERE that has shared so much with everyone!

TY...for the positive energy...

That must be sooooo hard...I couldn't imagine having gone thru pregnancy and having a newborn alone....you are a strong woman...I hope both our times come soon. Keep the strength...if u ever need an ear...just pm me.

I actually come back onto this forum to check up on the status for other February filers to see how everyone is coming along with their process. I've been keeping my eye on your case particularly because every time I hop on, I see that you're still in the waiting stage for your NOA2. I'm not only heartbroken, but I'm furious as to why this portion is taking an eternity for you. I know that I'm not in any position to help speed anything up (which I totally wish I had this kind of power so I can help everyone of us) for you, but I'll truly have the both of you in my prayers.

I've had the luxury to live with my Fiance throughout this ordeal and even though we're physically together during this entire process, it has still took a toll on the both of us. I could only imagine what it would be like if we had to deal with this thousands of miles apart. You guys are strong and I believe that as much as this entire process has caused some discomfort, the moment you both are in each others arms again will only make it sweeter.

Hello everyone I see on I 134 form instructions to submit information regarding bank statements as to when bank accounts are opened as well as letter from the employer. If income is over 125% of federal poverty guidelines or higher is this required?

I think it depends on your embassy. Personally, for Canada, I wasn't asked for either, but, per the instructions, I had it just incase.

We personally are not using savings, just income, so no letter from the bank but just taxes, paystubs and letter of employment. But yes, it might vary but country, mine only mentions 1040 and W-2 and whatever else at our discretion.

I agree with the two above....I think it depends on the embassy  (really?!? Why can't it be the same for everyone? Wouldn't life be better that way?.....I digress) I plan on going to the bank this week to get the information. It also isn't clear as to how far in advance this information can be gathered before presented.....

But the form states there must be a letter from the bank included....
