So just to clear up my situation, I was a Feb-6 NOA1, was approved yesterday Apr-27, and I WAS NOT an expedited case, so I am willing to say the "rogue box" theory for some Feb-6 dates is quite valid :P

I Dont understand this rouge box thing at all but congratulations to all the approvals!! Can't wait to hear about Feb 14th cases!

Hello!  We have a February 15th case (NOA1 Issued) and I have been reading these forums almost every day since we filed.  Ella and I are so excited that we are so close. Time is moving so quickly and so slowly at the same time!  I am hoping for NOA2 on May 15th, but if it is before June 1st I will be happy.

I want to be sure I understand about the I-134.

1) You don't FILE it.  You send it to you Fiancee to take with them to their interview.  Is that right?

2) And, is there such a thing as it having a date that is TOO early before the interview???

Hi Jeffrey,

1)yes, you send it to fiancé so she takes it to the us embassy in Russia at her interview. Send all docs with it (letter from bank, employer, last year's taxes).

2) date, are you referring to mail date? I don't know about "too early." I recognize that is only April and if my fiancé has an interview say in July, is April date stamp on letters too early? Im not sure but I'm taking a guess that it's not too early. The tax returns won't change. Worst case I'll need to Resend letters from employer/bank again if consulate asks for it but I'm thinking I won't have to.

Has as anyone had any experience with this?

I got an answer back: wait until you get NOA2 so that you can put the alien # in the 134. I will be Resending that page w the alien number to my fiancé once we get NOA2

Thank you for posting this.  It is useful information.  I am sure it is not new information, but we are all new to this process!
