Does anyone know what mail carrier the consulate uses to send the packs to the beneficiary?

I received an email today from the Embassy and it states that "A separate paper instruction packet will not be sent. The instructions you will find in the links provided will guide you to schedule an online appointment for your visa interview." so I don't think they send out packs in Turkey. I am still trying to get a date for the interview, no luck so far.

First time talking to a Tier 2 representative today.  She was very nice though there was nothing new to report and told me to hang in there and keep waiting.  :(    I wanted so badly to hear the words, "You've been approved and we've already mailed it out.".  Hoping to hear some good news soon.

Some Embassy's do and others do not. Here is the information for your K1 from the US Embassy in Turkey https://tr.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/  I think everything is there to aid you in getting this done. Good luck.

Another brain buster question. My fiancé is scheduled for an interview on September 7th (yay!)

Do we need to upload supporting documents to the NVC prior to the interview? If so, how do I do that?

Nope, you don't need to upload anything to NVC with the London embassy, he will just need to take all of the required documents to the interview.

Thank you. I swear, all these website and all these list are doing my head in.

Is it wrong to think we are on the right path if we have the interview scheduled?!?! I'm just trying to make sure that all our ducks are in a row.

Once you received your LND number from NVC you should have completed the DS160 online, scheduled and attended the medical exam, completed the Online Readiness Form and then scheduled the interview and chosen the courier service.

In terms of documents your fiance will need to take, he needs to take the DS160 confirmation page, the interview instruction confirmation page, his passport, long form birth certificate, adoption certificate (if applicable), name change deed poll (if applicable), divorce decree or death certificate (if applicable for your fiance, yours would have already been submitted), police certificate from ACRO in the UK, police certificate for any other country he lived in for 12 months or longer since the age of 16, court and prison records (if applicable), military records (if applicable), 2 US sized passport photos, Form I-134 with support documentation (letter from your employer, your most recent paystubs, W2, tax transcripts, bank statement - in general London only requests 1-2 of these support documents), and translations of any documents that are not in English.

Good afternoon everyone day 61 of waiting for RFE response called USCIS after work today. First agent I spoke to was a rude jerk straight out refused to transfer me. I called again and am waiting for call back from Tier 2 officer. It has been 179 days since NOA1 what will it take to receive kind service from USCIS employes lol?

Also, I totally understand what you mean about the different websites and instructions, it can be a lot to take in at times, especially when you get conflicting information (London Embassy Website and Knightsbridge Website/Email for instance).

It's also nice to see another Illinois resident with a UK fiance :)
