Thank you! Also, do u received Packet 3? or mail that your case is ready at USEM?

You have to track it on ceac website. When it says, READY it means it's already in the USEM..

 Just a word of encouragement to those who are processing through the Embassy in the Philippines (USEM). That is, once you get your mnl# from NVC it's time to rock and roll. This is the time that you are now in control. Don't wait till your case at USEM goes to "READY" as you don't have to wait. By the time you complete the registration, collecting your documents and completing your medical, that time will be enough for your record to arrive from NVC and post to Ready.  Here is a link to the P3 letter. Everything that is in there is now your checklist to follow and complete.  Next is a link to Hank's website where he outlines all the "gotchas" and list the information to complete each of the requirements in the P3 letter. This is the fun part, your pace is your pace not anyone else or any entity.

It really is a horrible feeling, I should have my visa in hand by now or at least have my medical and interview booked. The person who has my file must really hate their job and/or be incredibly slow at their job. It took them 152 days just to tell us 'you missed a box' and now they have been sitting on our response for 4 weeks. We are due to call them again today although i don't see us getting any good news....

Yup! :)) Do not wait until it gets ready. You can go to the St Lukes to have your medical already just screenshot and print the status of you case with yhe case number on it.. But you cannot schedule an appointment to the USEM yet if it's not yet ready.. Goodluck everyone! :))tomorrow is my interview. ❤️

Don't worry you're not alone. I'm on 182 days. Still no NOA2. Maybe all of us who got left behind have the same USCIS officer. Cant imagine what's taking this long.

AOS Timeline: Camie (Beneficiary)

Dec 08, 2017:               Married!
June 23, 2018:             Filed AOS (we waited until our savings reached above poverty guideline since we both moved here from the PH with basically nothing)

Aug 20, 2018:              Biometrics (I asked to reschedule but USCIS never sent a new date, so I did walk-in.)
Nov 5, 2018:                Received RFE for I-864 joint sponsor

Just some words of reality. There is a process in place and it has worked for years. I'm sure they tweak the process with improvements when needed. Their work load is heavy and at times you are victim to that. I doubt someone hates their job to single you out and try and sideline your progress. They didn't miss a box on your forms.  They process millions of application each year and your but one. I understand your frustration and maybe being here on VJ helps to vent to others. My wife just went through the process to adjudicate her 10 year LPR GC. Calif schedule was normal 6 months tops but we were at Vermont and they took almost 1 year and 6 months. Was I frustrated. Yes. But I knew that others were in the same boat and there wasn't much I could do. I found that I ignored looking everyday for a status update cause I knew it would only add disappoint. Be patient your only at the beginning and you have a long way to go.

Question on CEAC for those who checked it in between the medical and interview.  Our case has had Case Last Updated as 25-July-2017 for awhile now, I believe that this update was when they mailed Packet 3 to my fiance.  Since his medical on Wednesday the 16th I've been checking the status to see if it would change the Case Last Updated date in between his medical and interview.  Today it finally updated to Case Last Updated 21-Aug-2017.  I'm hoping that this means his medical results have reached the embassy and that everything is set for the interview on Thursday.  Did anyone else notice an update like this between the medical and interview?  I'm hoping this is the case and it wasn't just updated today in printing/preparation for the interview on Thursday.  I searched the forums and it seems like this update is likely to be receipt of the medical results but wanted to check with my group of Feb filers to see if anyone else had any experience like this :)

And again today CEAC updated the Case Last Updated date with today's date.  Hopefully one of these updates means the medical results have been received and they are prepping final documents for the interview.
