She would need to call 603-334-0700 or 603-334-0888 but that is going to charge her international calling rates from the Philippines if she doesn't have a plan that allows her to call the US for free.  If you have calling credit/money on something like Skype, she should be able to use that to call as well.

Does anyone know what mail carrier the consulate uses to send the packs to the beneficiary?

In London they just used the standard mail service to send my fiancé his Packet 3.  I'm not sure if this is the same process in other countries though.

Oh my goodness! That's right around the corner! How exciting! No one can blame you for being nervous - anyone in their right mind will be a little nervous :)

We hope he will arrive sometime in mid-October. We've set a date for the wedding while giving everyone notice that, until the visa is in his hand, there's still a chance we'll need to move it. If all goes well, the wedding will be October 28th! My priest is very understanding so he knows to be flexible but the church is reserved for that day. Just think, we'll both be married by Thanksgiving!

congrats, that was supposed to be my wedding date as well,

The same thing happened to me. My process after the NOA2 wasn't as fast as everyone else. Our NOA2 was June 10th and it was received by the NVC July 14th. Hang in there! It'll happen when you least expect it.

How long it took NVC to send your file to the consulate?

1 day. It was received and assigned a case number the same day. The next day it was in transit, the next day received.

I read a long time ago to go ahead and email NVC when you get NOA2 and ask for your MNL and Invoice numbers.  They will not answer you until they send your file to the embassy so when you hear from them, you know it was sent.  True or not, beats me, but since I got NOA2 on Saturday, I emailed them today.

As far as calling NVC, ask @Yzabelle for the name of the app that calls the US for free.  She used it to call the NVC and it worked from her province.

Emailing is just as fast as snail mail with these folks. Don't expect an answer.  Best to call.  In the Philippines you don't need a copy of the NOA2 as there are many other ways to present your approval when scheduling medical, CFO and the interview.

Each Embassy is different. Best to ask  in your country's sub forum.

No, you do not receive P3 from USEM. As you know the mail system in the Philippines is not that reliable. Here is P3 from USEM https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/K1-and-K2-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-336KB.pdf

I have given a link to follow the progress of your file in a earlier post. I also gave you a VERY valuable link to read and follow over at Hanks website. 99.99999% of your questions have their answer their. Take a deep breath and enlighten yourself with all this free guidance.
