That's really sweet of you! :)

Yeah, I got my RFE earlier than those with receipt numbers close to me but didn't think I would take longer to get my NOA2. I can tell by how quiet this group has suddenly been that everyone has moved on with their petitions and could possibly already be with their loved ones. I'm really happy for them, but it's still tough being left out! Haha

I felt the exact same way with the January group back then. Most everyone was almost done and I was left behind. I only had USCIS to blame though, as it wasn't their faults USCIS was faster for them. I ended up moving to February, then March, and finally, I got the NOA2. The good news is that the longer you wait, the closer you really are to that NOA2. Hang in there.

In Tunisia the petitioner can not attend the interview either. But many beneficiaries took the petitioners' passports to the embassy with them and showed them to the CO and they said that it really helped.

Some petitioners say that they were able to attend the interview in Algiers but need to email the embassy ahead of time for permission. By the way, I had a change to visit Tunisia and is amazing!!! :)

I hear you! It's going to be very difficult to sleep.

I was looking for you on here a couple days ago, looking to see if you had any news. Just have a feeling you are going to get your NOA2 soon.

Nope no news yet, they've had our response for 3 weeks now. I was optimistic that we would be approved within a week like everyone else.... Lets all take a moment to laugh.

Yeah, if I have learned anything, it's, "I am not an average and don't expect my experience to be like others".

Atleast with VJ timeline you are able to see it's not only your case waiting for NOA2. Before finding this I was always like maybe I did something really wrong paperwork wise and my case is on hold or something. But I really believe there just slow and doing whatever cases come to them. Not in order. They have to send us NOA2 someday 🙌🙏

Hopefully this year....

The visa is in the mail and will arrive tomorrow. It's a really strange feeling. I have been so focused on this process, making sure it's done properly, etc, that now it's over with, I still feel like there are things left to do. Additionally, everything after NOA2 has been a blur. From NOA2 till now just seems like a couple of days. If you are waiting on NOA2, just know that when it comes, the rest FLIES by. It did for us anyway. She will be with me by the end of the weekend! I am so excited. :)

So happy for you.

That is good idea @TriloByte!. I agreed with you about this.

I understand how frustated it was when we wait for Noa2 for long time period. It's not nice feeling to be left while we see other people from other months got their Noa2. We did our best and tried everything we could do to get Noa2 but we didn't get it until 200 days of waiting. First thing i did was accept it and understand that our situation might be different than others but we still maintain to manage our relationship though is not easy with this long distance!. Sometimes when we both stressed or tired, we have misunderstanding and it makes us want to give up. But we learn a lot that love takes patience, acceptance, understanding and forgive. Never let the things that hurt us stay in our mind because it will makes us exhausted. Forgive and forget it. Life is always move forward and things are always changes.

Those people who has the same experience like us needs support and understanding not only from the loved ones, but also from the people who has been became virtual friends from here. We can ease their worry and cheers them up with our support and prayers. Hopefully all of you who wait for NOA2 will get the golden letter soon and your relationship become stronger each and everyday..

Thanks

I come on here less and less, just cause it reminds me I'm still waiting.
