They're not very active on the India subgroup, unfortunately :(

I have the same problem in the Mexico group. Most of my posts go unanswered, or someone from another Country answers, but their response doesn't pertain to how Mexico does things.

How long do I have to wait after an inquiry to submit another one? I received the generic response of they are working on it and it can take up to 45 days on 7/26. Do I have to wait 45 days from when I received the response before I can submit another inquiry?

Have you called and asked about the inquiry they are working on?

I got the NOA2 a week before I received an email about the inquiry (and it stated the response was I was approved) ..they don't seem to go in any particular order  (or use logic)

So my fiance called the embassy. They told him to call the visa office in Delhi. He called them and they said to call USCIS. He called them and they told him that they sent his file to the embassy and they have no information, so he needs to call the embassy. He calls the embassy AGAIN and they told him to send an email.

Seriously???

I'm having the exact same issue. I can't get a straight answer. They all tell me to contact the other one. I know the USCIS is the agency to mail the NOA2. So why the hell would they send me a letter to contact the NVC. When the NVC said that it's the USCIS that would do it. AAAAAGGGGGGGGG!!!! If I have any issues at the AOS stage. I will literly go apeshit on all of them.

We received our NOA2 in June. We have been waiting for the embassy stage for almost 2 months now. It's ridiculous...

I had to post this because I am truly in shock.

I just spoke to a woman (Amy) at NVC and she was friendly and didn't quote processing times to me...

And get this....actually said  "call back anytime, it's what we are here for"

I'm serious....I may actually cry.

For everyone still stuck at USCIS....I am praying for you guys....you are in my thoughts. I look forward to seeing you all get the NOA2.

Everyday I wish my day is here, then just keep saying I'm one step closer.
