Where is she traveling from?  I think the embassy is pretty easy to get to in it's current location.  When it moves later this year, I think it's going to be a bit more difficult to access.

And I'm looking forward to the review!  Such a good memory has positives and negatives for sure, especially when it comes to kids. :)

Just looked at the commute in from Bristol, a bit of a hike but not too bad.

What are your plans for POE?  Are you going to fly to the UK and fly back with your fiancee or is she going to make the trek herself?

I'm going to fly over and stay for about a week.  That way I can help my fiance pack up (hopefully getting all of his stuff in 3 large suitcases) and make the trip back together.  He's never been to the States before so he's a bit nervous about the long flight and entering the States on his own.  My mom might also make the trip over with me to see London for the first time, meet my fiance and his mom, and have a well deserved vacation.  All plans are a bit in limbo now, though, pending the outcome of the interview.

I hear you on limbo. That sounds very nice and exciting for all involved if it works out that way. :)

Me!!!! They received my RFE on June 16, and I'm still waiting.

I tried calling USCIS, requested to speak to Tier 2... but we're waiting for them to call back. We used skype to call and our number is a Philippine number so Im not sure if that will work. If they don't call back, we plan to get a US number on skype so they can call us back through that number. I hope they can actually give us an update. It's discouraging to see other timelines like mine (same RFE dates and all) but they get approvals within a week or two. It's been more than a month!!!!

I spoke about my situation and possibly transferring case to Phillipines since my fiancées work contract is up early October at this point it would be a long shot for process to be completed by the time her contract is up due to how slow USCIS is processing 39 days and counting

Thanks :).

We know that the odds are very much in favor of approval, but we are both nervous as hell. I will likely not be able to sleep tonight.

I am sure everything will go well. We all look forward to your post tomorrow. I am incredibly excited for you guys!

I hope the interview goes well  (and I am sure it will).

I am glad I am not the only one with a fiance that is unsure about flying a long distance....I plan on going to the interview and staying long enough to fly with him too....

I hope you guys have a great time!

Yes I filled it out online and they responded in 12 days. The most frustrating part is that they changed the current processing time from February 15th backwards 6 weeks to Jan 1st.

If it goes past my Feb 2nd date again I'm going to come unglued....

I called and asked for an inquiry the day they changed it to February 15 (my received date was February 2nd).....a week later they changed the "normal processing times" to January 1st.....but they answered my inquiry (by saying my NOA2 was approved). Hopefully the same will happen to you....
