I called and spoke to a tier two officer today. He told me there was nothing I could do but wait , I asked to send a inquiry to the California office and he said there's no point because there going to just say they haven't made a decision yet, so I m going to call back tomorrow And hopefully speak to someone else....people who has sent in a inquiry how did you get this done ?

RFE was regarding proof of relationship and circumstances of meeting, proof that website we met on is not international marriage broker and fiancée.needed to submit G325A not G325.

How did you get the tier 2 officer to submit an inquiry. I tried today and they basically told me there was no point because it will just say they haven't made a decision

Are there a lot of February filers that received a RFE still waiting for NOA2?

Me!!!! They received my RFE on June 16, and I'm still waiting.

I tried calling USCIS, requested to speak to Tier 2... but we're waiting for them to call back. We used skype to call and our number is a Philippine number so Im not sure if that will work. If they don't call back, we plan to get a US number on skype so they can call us back through that number. I hope they can actually give us an update. It's discouraging to see other timelines like mine (same RFE dates and all) but they get approvals within a week or two. It's been more than a month!!!!

AOS Timeline: Camie (Beneficiary)

Dec 08, 2017:               Married!
June 23, 2018:             Filed AOS (we waited until our savings reached above poverty guideline since we both moved here from the PH with basically nothing)

Aug 20, 2018:              Biometrics (I asked to reschedule but USCIS never sent a new date, so I did walk-in.)
Nov 5, 2018:                Received RFE for I-864 joint sponsor

I called and spoke to a tier 2 supervisor today and the person I spoke to was no help just told me to wait. So I plan on calling back tomorrow. I'm going on 60 days almost since they received my RFE and mine was I forgot to check the box regarding not committing a crime. What was your RFE ?

Just had to push back my fiancé's medical appointment by 9 days due to paperwork delays and items not arriving when they were supposed to, I'm looking at you ACRO.  <_< A bit frustrated to move it back but, at least, I didn't have to move the interview date because it's still 5 working days between the medical and interview.

My RFE was missing G325A and they needed more proof of relationship, they needed me to confirm the dates of the photos we submitted. So I submitted Facebook screencaps with dates proving we've been in a relationship since 2011, and we both live in the same city!

I spoke to Tier 2. I politely asked if I could speak to Tier 2. Tell them you were already on hold for Tier 2 last time but you never got a call back from them after being on hold (this is what I said and they put me through)

Tier 2 told me the same thing, that my case was still under review. I asked if there was any way we can get any information anyway because everyone else seemed to get approved within 2 weeks. He put in a "service request" for us, and I believe it was an email to CSC for an update on our case. But again, we should expect an email in 15-20 days. SO ITS BASICALLY JUST MORE WAITING. Sigh

When you filled your passes processing time how long was it from them receiving the packet ? And did you just submit the inquiry online ?

Yes I filled it out online and they responded in 12 days. The most frustrating part is that they changed the current processing time from February 15th backwards 6 weeks to Jan 1st.

If it goes past my Feb 2nd date again I'm going to come unglued....

So basically if we filled after January 1st there saying we aren't passed processing time ? Is it suppose to be 3-5 months for normal process time

Yes we are still inside "normal" processing time now that the date has been moved backwards. It's has been pretty steady at 150 days for the last 3 years.
