Hey everyone, we just got our APPROVAL notice via the USCIS online case tracker. We don't have the paper copy yet. but after 152 days since our NOA1 was received, my partner and I are over the moon!!!!

I was actually under the impression that USCIS didn't give notice of approvals in their online tracker, but here are those magic words:

"On July 25, 2017, we approved your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

I just want to say to all the Feb filers still waiting, you too will get your approvals soon :-)

And to those who have already gone ahead, how long do you think we should wait before calling NVC?

Has anyone else received notice of approval with the online tracker?

Congrats! They do use the online thing sometimes. They stopped using it consistently on May 2nd, 2017.

Still waiting to get approved since Feb 8th.  Had to send in RFE in June.  So frustrating!  Does it help to call them and ask if everything is OK, or does it not make a difference?

Since I am not getting much help regarding my issue with the I-134 (I have asked in 6 different websites/forums/fb groups); can people tell me if you put the current years Income in Part 3, Question 3, or what was on your 2016 Income Tax? Seems people are split, yet the instructions stating that if you are self employed use the value from the previous year taxes. Would a Retiree be considered Self Employed, and they should use the 2016 amount or what they will receive in the currant year??????

I'm not sure the correct answer but I used this year's (which matches the employer letter).  My fiance was unemployed for all of January last year and then only worked p/t part of the year because of school so his return is less than what he makes this year (but still over the 125%).
